Engagement

How an engagement runs

Four stages
Stage 01

Discover

We establish what actually exists — the environment, the requirement, the compliance posture and the constraints nobody wrote down. Findings come back in writing before anything is proposed.

Stage 02

Plan

Scope, sequence, cost and risk, stated plainly. If part of the requirement is better served by someone else, that is said here rather than discovered later.

Stage 03

Implement

Delivery against the plan with a named point of contact, defined checkpoints and status reported in terms a program manager can act on.

Stage 04

Support

Documentation handed over current and complete, with ongoing support scoped separately so it is a choice rather than a dependency.

We respond to sources sought and RFIs.

Send the requirement, the NAICS and the response deadline. You'll hear back from a person within one business day.
